Overview
This somewhat forgotten USA made Peavey is actually two authentic Marshall clone circuits in disguise - a 1959 Plexi on the “Clean” channel and a 2203 JCM800 on the “Crunch” channel. Add in a few modifications like an effects loop, footswitchable gain boost, two switchable post phase inverter master volumes, and a useful “punch” control for the Crunch channel and it’s really a surprise this amp wasn’t better received.
