1990 Ibanez SR-885

I acquired this base very inexpensively from Guitar Center’s used section, likely due to the chips and cracks in the clear coat on the back of the headstock. I was looking for a good sounding 5-string bass to record with, and this is a great budget option, and is a high quality Japanese made instrument from 1990. This one has had its original Lo-Z neck pickup replaced with an EMG, which sounds great to me - while I think the Lo-Z in the bridge position sounds great, the EMG is definitely a high quality piece.
